England’s history is very dark, sadistic and full of many accounts of international war crimes, and large scale military dominance, resulting in millions of crimes against humanity in the continent of Africa, the sub-continent of India, Australia, Canada, Pre-United States of America, and over two dozen British Sovereign territories in the Caribbean Ocean, and other Lands still owned (stolen) by the British in the Atlantic Ocean and other major bodies of water across the world still to this day.

Once mankind has produced an approximation of that optimum environment, the eugenic task will be simpler. In fact, that natural selection exerted by such an environment may make eugenics quite unnecessary.
